Although people often think of a boutique hotel as a purely urban phenomenon, the term refers to a small independent hotel where every room has its own unique character. Meeson Hall fits the bill perfectly – even though it’s in the country.
Our boutique B&B is 15 miles from Shrewsbury and 10 miles from Telford, in a beautiful rural setting. There are many places of interest nearby, and it’s a great base for attending business meetings, as well as holidays and romantic breaks.
The Best of Both Worlds
Meeson Hall’s location is really special and has everything you’d expect from a boutique hotel. Shrewsbury and Telford are close enough that nightlife, shopping and a host of restaurants, pubs and bars are close by, but the hotel itself is quiet and secluded on its own country estate.
Boutique B&B
We describe ourselves as a luxury boutique B&B. Our two-bed bedrooms all come with an en-suite. We have four double bedrooms plus a two bedroom suite. All the double bedrooms are en-suite and have ONE bed (1 x Superking, 1 x King, and 2x standard Double). The two bedroom suite has one room with a king size bed and one with two single beds. This suite has one shower room.
We offer breakfast in the Morning Room to start the day, and can recommend many local restaurants for the evening. After your meal, sit in front of the fire playing a board game or visit our library to discover a new book.
